Sometimes the emotional stress encountered can arise from feelings of being invisible. Invisibility leads to feelings of not being heard and can lead to feelings of self-doubt and feelings of not being valued. One way to be visible is to make some NOISE! When we think of noise we think of loud music or an irritating sound but we can learn to make GOOD NOISE!
